What is techOATH ?
a Digital Jurat Technology that bridges the gap of time and distance, enabling both the duly authorized Administering Officer—or, in the alternative, the court-commissioned notary public, to remotely confirm that the affiant or declarant who is exhibiting, submitting, or presenting a sworn-to-oath document is the same person who executed the same; it will also enable the officer to validate that the affiant or declarant is affirming the contents, claims, or averments contained in the document.
This videoconferencing technology enables the administering officers—or the notaries public, to ascertain, to a reasonable degree, whether or not the affiant or declarant is free from any sign of physical duress at the time of the oath administration.
